what I need is simple, but it is not easy.

I hate to have to ask, but I need you to be ok. and no one can make sure that is true, more than you.

do your best to take care of you—your very best.

if you haven't been lately, that's ok. but I need you to start today.

when you're thriving, I'm happy. and I can't do that for you.

I'll take care of me for you... ...if you'll take care of you for me.
