try harder

I’ve traveled a lot. stayed in all kinds of hotels.

Motel 6. La Quinta. Hilton. Ritz-Carlton.

past the Motel 6 level, you can expect a gym.

and here's what I've always noticed.

the higher the nightly rate, the more people in the gym.

which leaves me with a chicken-or-egg question:

does money make you fitter?

or does being fit make you more money?

if it’s money making you fitter, that’s predictable.

privilege. access. the same old story.

boring.

but if being fit makes you more money, oh my.

no one cares about increased lifespan...

higher energy levels...

better mental health...

but more money?

that truth could change the world.

so if nothing has worked to boost your income...

try fitness.

try harder,

JM
