It’s shaped by how you think.
Don’t feel like it? Think differently.
Consider yourself lucky when you don’t feel like it.
You’ve been given an opportunity.
You have an opportunity to bend yourself against your will.
“Don’t feel like it” is as an opportunity for self-mastery.
The feeling will always be the same, but your perception is what will make it easy or hard to overcome.
