As we enter the new year, I am constantly looking for ways to improve and grow, and here are three things I will implement.
One strategy we have found particularly effective is the use of checklists. By breaking tasks down into smaller, more manageable steps and tracking our progress, we are able to stay organized and on track.
We will also utilize artificial intelligence to streamline and automate certain processes, freeing up time for our team to focus on high-impact tasks.
And, of course, all of these efforts are driven by a focus on delivering excellent results for our clients.
I am excited to see what the future holds, and I’m confident that these strategies will help us continue to thrive in the year ahead, so let’s dive into them more in today’s newsletter.

First, about checklists.
Then, I’ll end each section with why this matters to YOU.
Checklists sound boring, but a business that is working should be boring.
So why am I putting “checklists” as a major strategy for 2023?
Checklists for any actions you take go a long way in training staff in your business. In most every business I run, we have good company training, checklists, and processes.
THAT’S NOT WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT HERE.
I want to turn STARTING, GROWING, and SCALING a business into a checklist(s).
In aviation, checklists are everything. Every aircraft has a checklist, from the most simple to the most complex. It doesn’t matter how awesome you are as a pilot or how much experience you have; YOU FOLLOW THE CHECKLIST.
When you have a lot of experience, a checklist is simply a double-check that you didn’t forget something you already know. However, when you are starting, a list ensures you do all the right things in the correct order.
So why does this matter to you?
I am building these checklists as part of the content here at Better Human Business in 2023. You’re here, so you get to test-drive checklists with me. All I want is feedback on the growth you experience when implementing a BHB checklist.

Well, it’s incredible. And you need to be using AI in your business in 2023.
