the wild west of ads is back

this week, its...ads on ChatGPT just went self-serve, my full Obsidian + Claude stack, and the flight prompt I'm using to book trips for cheap.

hey there,

this week, its…ads on ChatGPT just went self-serve, my full Obsidian + Claude stack, and the flight prompt I’m using to book trips for cheap.

1.) new YouTube video. how I use Obsidian + Claude to run my life. daily goals. fitness. bigger database projects like my podcast. all on the same stack. → watch it

2.) community-only drop. “how to think about Claude as a business owner.” most AI content out there is for nerds or way too technical. this is the conceptual lens you actually need as an owner. → watch it in the community

3.) OpenAI just opened ads to everyone. self-serve Ads Manager went live May 5. the $50k minimum is gone. any U.S. business can sign up, set a budget, bid. → ads.openai.com. no, I have no affiliation…just thought it was cool. new ad platforms are the Wild West for the first year. start experimenting now and grab the edge before everyone else catches on.

4.) cheap flight prompt. I ran this and found stupid-good deals on upcoming trips. drop it into Claude or ChatGPT: “I’m flying from [your city] to [destination] around [dates]. Find the cheapest possible flights using flexible timing, alternate airports, and hidden-city routes.” that’s it. try it this week.

try harder,

JM
